Primošten

Primošten is a one of the most beautiful town on the Adriatic coast, and tourist centre in Dalmacia, Croatia. The name Primošten is from Croatian word primostit, which mean connect with bridge. The village with small harbour and tourist centre lies at peninsula between bays Raduca and Primošten. Historical center of town is built on a hill and is dominated by the parish church of St. George which was built in 15th century close to the local graveyard from which a unique view spreads to the sea and the surroundings. In the bays are beautiful long beaches. The largest beach is called Raduča, and its smaller part, Mala Raduča, is voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia. Primošten is also famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards.
